How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method — you pay in cash when your order arrives. We do not collect card details or process online payments on this site.
Where do you deliver?
Within Juba as standard, and to other parts of South Sudan and East Africa on request. Orders in Juba are usually delivered the next day.
Can you order a book you do not stock?
Yes. That is what a special order is for — tell us the title and we will tell you whether we can source it, how long it will take, and what it will cost.
How do I check on my order?
Everything you have ordered appears in your order history once you are signed in. You can cancel an order yourself while it is still Pending.
Do I need an account to buy something?
You can browse and fill a cart without one. An account lets you keep your order history and track what you have bought.
Are the books new?
Yes, everything we list is new stock unless a title explicitly says otherwise on its product page.
