Where we deliver

We deliver within Juba and, on request, to other locations in South Sudan and the wider East Africa region. If you are outside Juba, get in touch before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach you and what it will cost.

How long it takes

Orders within Juba are usually delivered the next day. Timelines quoted on the site are estimates rather than guarantees — availability, weather, and road conditions all play a part. We will always contact you by phone or WhatsApp using the details you give at checkout to arrange a time that works.

Delivery charges

Delivery within Juba is arranged when we confirm your order. For destinations outside Juba, we will quote the delivery cost before dispatching, so you are never charged something you have not agreed to.

Paying for your order

Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method — you pay in cash when the order arrives. We do not collect card details or process online payments on this site.

Tracking your order

You can see the status of everything you have ordered in your order history. If anything looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
